  • 4 ribs of veal
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g of breadcrumbs
  • 70g of butter
  • salt

  1. Break the eggs in a bowl, add salt and mix with a whisk
  2. Put the breadcrumbs in a plate
  3. Put the ribs in the egg first and then press them in the breadcrumbs
  4. Heat the butter in a pan and, when it is hot, lay the chops
  5. Cook for 8 minutes
  6. Add salt and serve
