Craft laboratory of Luciano Bodrato was constructed in 1943. It was a little bottega with great ambitions opened at the back of a small, local coffee bar. In the 70′ his business evolves, so he decided to move to Capriata d’Orba, where he was born. It’s a well-known area of Piemonte, famous for its traditional and high-quality chocolate. Everything changed in 2001, when siblings Paola e Fabio Bergaglio bought Luciano’s laboratory. They unite tradition and technology, to obtain unique taste.
