It is a cream of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., full-bodied and velvety: it has the ideal texture to decorate and season, after cooking, grilled vegetables and meat such as fillet, scallops and game, simply amazing on risotto.
Also available the white coloured glaze – based on sweet and sour seasoning – with a delicate but equally fresh flavour with hints of grapes, excellent on boiled vegetables and marinated salads; perfect in summer salads, white meat and fish. The Condirè glaze creates amazing flavour combinations with cheese, fruits, sorbets and ice creams.
