Our production is purely handmade with particular attention and careful choice of raw materials, all certified by entities of international importance. Our range is diverse and divided, as we can produce different shapes of pasta of durum wheat semolina, regional or drawn to the bronze, fresh and dry. We produce wholewheat pasta, flavored pasta with dried and natural products and organic pasta. We take long drying processes at low temperatures, ranging from a minimum of 40 to a maximum 45 degrees centigrade for at least 14 hours. This process ensures the preservation of all the nutritional values. The final result is a great taste and an always al dente pasta after cooking.
