The Slitti company was founded in 1969 as a coffee roastery, standing out, on its territory, for the quality of the product. In 1989, with the entry in the company of the sons Andrea and Daniele, the production expands, adding the processing of cocoa. The passion, skill and the continuous research, lead it to create innovative and unique products that set us apart in the world of chocolate. Soon the first successes in international chocolate’s competitions arrive, projecting the company to the attention of the media and to the increasing request of its products. This brings the company to a fast development and to the need, from the family, to create a new lab. The project involves a structure
with an architectural connotation aimed at saving
energy and green building. In 2012, the new laboratory is operational, thus satisfying the
production requests of its clients. Slitti, today, is one
of the most important names in the world for the
handmade chocolate and its product line is present
in over 25 Countries.
